How much does delivery cost?
We offer an amazing FREE SHIPPING service on any orders over $75. Registered delivery for orders under this amount is $10. So if the items in your cart add up within a few bucks of $75, consider adding an item to get your free delivery!
Otherwise you can select our CLICK and COLLECT option at check out. Click and Collect is our freight free option regardless of the value of your order. You can opt to collect your order from one of our warehouses in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane or Perth. Please note: Any order which contains TIGI hair products will only be available for our Click and Collect service from our Melbourne, Brisbane or Perth warehouses.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver within Australia only.
Do you require a signature for delivery?
Please make sure you give us a daytime delivery address that can accept the parcel as a signature is required if delivery isn't to a PO Box address.
Do you deliver to PO Box addresses*?
Yes. These orders will be despatched from our Sydney warehouse. As a result, delivery may take longer if you live outside NSW. *Please note that we do not deliver to Parcel Lockers or Locked Bags.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
In all, up to about 7-10 working days but most are delivered within this time. 99% of orders are sent out by the next business day. Orders are sent via Australia Post registered, who aim to deliver your parcel within 1-5 working days of us lodging it. Please consider that we don't post out nor do Aussie Post deliver on weekends. Please note that WA, QLD and NT will usually be around 5 postal days. We cannot guarantee Aussie Post delivery time frames and have been provided as a guide only.
Delivering your parcels
Aussie Post parcel deliveries begin at 7am every business day and end at 5pm. They'll make every attempt to deliver your parcel personally and a signature must be obtained if the address is not a PO Box.
If you aren't there to receive it, they return the parcel to an Australia Post outlet. The delivery driver will leave a note to let you know which Australia Post retail outlet you can collect your parcel from and the time that it will be available for collection.

What is Click and Collect?
Click and Collect is our freight free option regardless of the value of your order. You can opt to collect your order from one of our warehouses in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane or Perth.
Which items can I order with Click and Collect?
All products are available expect for TIGI hair products. Any orders containing these can only be collected from our Melbourne, Brisbane or Perth warehouses. Alternatively i-glamour offers free shipping on all orders over $75, or it's just a flat fee of $10 to anywhere in Australia.

What are the Click and Collect opening hours?
Click and Collect is available from our Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth warehouses during
regular business hours (9am – 4pm) Monday to Friday
only. Unfortunately this service is not available at any other time, i.e weekends or after business hours. The opening hours and address details will be
confirmed via email when your order is ready to collect.
How will I know when my order is ready to collect?
When you order has been picked, packed and is ready for collection a member of the i-Glamour customer service team will
contact you via email.
What do I need to bring with me when I collect my order?
When picking up your order you will need to bring:
- A copy of your emailed order confirmation
- ID (a drivers licence, credit card etc.) which corresponds with the details on your order.
Orders will only be released when these are provided.
What if I need my Click and Collect order asap?
If you require your goods sooner, please advise us as soon as you've placed the order via email to organise priority service along with your order number. Please keep in mind that we are not able to offer this Click and Collect service outside of regular business hours (9am – 4pm) or on weekends.
Where should I go to pick up my order?
You can pick up your order at reception from your nominated warehouse. See above for warehouse address details.
Can someone else collect my order on my behalf?
Yes. If you need to change the nominated person for collection please email us their details along with your order number ahead of time. Goods will not be released without this. The person you're sending to collect your order will need to bring:
- Their own ID which matches the name you nominated via email
- A copy of the original emailed order confirmation
What happens if I cannot pick up my order?
Your Click and Collect order will be held for 14 days from the day your order is invoiced and you are notified via email that your order is ready for collection. After 14 days your order will be cancelled and we will contact you to arrange a refund of the order value. Please email us if you're unable to collect in that time frame.
RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
We want you to be completely happy with every item you purchase from i-glamour. The i-glamour 100%
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return within 7 days for refund excluding freight fee (if applicable).
You may send your item by regular mail however registered mail is best so you can track that we received your return.
Non-faulty items returned for exchange or refund must be unused. Items must be returned in original condition, in original packaging. Any request for exchange of non-faulty items sent as per order will, if possible, be fulfilled but will be subject to a re-shipping charge. If replacement item is more, incremental item cost is the responsibility of the customer.
If an item is damaged or faulty, you can return it to us for exchange or a full refund of the purchase price together with the cost of the original freight fee. Item must be returned in original condition and in original packaging.
