Opaque in 2 coats

A nice shiny black that's opaque in 2 coats. 1 thick coat may be enough for some people. Average drying time. Lasted a week without chipping but prone to tip wear.
Smeared when I applied top coat even though it was fully dry. Left my top coat brush stained black. I tried 3 different brands of top coat with the same problem. No good for stamp because of the smearing.
Clean up was easy, didn't stain my fingers and I used a clear base coat so it didn't stain my nails.
