Love, love, love this straightener!!! Great heat range, makes difficult hair easier to deal with because of the smooth plates that don't catch in your hair. I have long, thick and coarse hair -this is the only straightener I have found that actually does the job. Leaves hair shiny too.
And it's dual voltage!

Just adding to my previous review...I took this to the US on hols recently and it works great overseas...just needs a plug changer. It took a little longer to warm up but got really nice and hot on 110V.

I really like this straightener for a few features...it has a little chime when you turn it on and off which is cute! Also, it shows the actual heat temperature rather than just a 1-10 so I know exactly how hot it is. But the best bit is that the plates are quite wide and really shiny and smooth so it never snags or pulls my hair. Love it.

My hair is really thick and long, this straightener glides through my hair so easily! Excellent for straight or to create some curl. It heats up really hot too, cutting down my styling time.
